Restaurant Managers will ideally be placed in only one of our locations to ensure focus & control. Restaurant Managers take on many responsibilities, including effectively recruiting and managing employees, hiring & training employees, overseeing daily operations including cash handling at some high volume locations, handling customer complaints, and generating financial reports. Serfsave & RAMP regulations must be understood; certifications are a plus but not a requirement in the initial hire.

Some responsibilities that come with this position are as follows: answer questions about the menu and food, suggestive selling & up selling, taking payments & cash handling, communicating orders with back of house staff, seating customers & working directly with host staff, & upkeep of the workspace. Some responsibilities include assisting patrons in locating suitable dining tables, setting & re setting tables, ensuring that the server stations are adequately stocked, assisting the wait staff in delivering food to tables, set up, break down & upkeep of the space, etc. This is an hourly position plus additional tips.
